Colette offers a free consultation where you can discuss your fitness goals and aspirations. With her extensive fitness background, she will develop a personalized fitness program to meet those goals and one that you will enjoy. Depending on your preferences, your plan could consist of yoga, kickboxing and self defense skills, a swimming pool workout, running, biking, interval cardio bursts, swiss ball, dyna band and/or weight training.
