Personal Training

Colette offers a free consultation where you can discuss your fitness goals and aspirations.  With her extensive fitness background, she will develop a personalized fitness program to meet those goals and one that you will enjoy.  Depending on your preferences, your plan could consist of yoga, kickboxing and self defense skills, a swimming pool workout, running, biking, interval cardio bursts, swiss ball, dyna band and/or weight training. 


Whether your goal is being a healthy parent or grandparent and having energy to keep up with the kids or perhaps you’re training for a specific event, rest assured Colette will develop a customized plan with your needs in mind. 


Colette is a National Academy of Sports Medicine internationally qualified personal trainer.
