I started yoga classes with Colette last year having participated in a number of other previous yoga classes in France and Ireland. I was so surprised on commencing with Colette the amount of yoga I really didn't know/understand. She has an amazing way of explaining exactly how each posture should look and feel while allowing the class to flow easily. I also love the fact that she can cater for all levels even in the one class as she tailors each pose to suit each individual. I also have to say, that the locations in Hi Hotel and of course Hi Beach have to be one of the most peaceful and beautiful places to practice in the Cote d'Azur. Colette is an excellent personal trainer, she is professional,dedicated,enthusiastic,fun and very encouraging.She fine tunes her sessions to the exact needs of each client. I have been taking personal training from Colette for 4 months. At first, I was dragged into it by my girlfriend. She was more committed than I was. Both for time, cost, and the belief that 'I can exercise myself - I don't need a personal trainer', I was reluctant to start. But as my friend wanted me to join, and it was a New Year's resolution to lose weight and get in shape (surprise surprise!), I decided to give it a go. The results have been terrific.
I didn't think a personal trainer really made that much of a difference. After all, if one is committed to get in shape, just start working out! But a personal trainer does make a difference. I now realize that the full body muscle toning, increasing your strength and stamina, and the discipline of a good and efficient workout is what makes the difference in personal training. And Colette is fabulous. She knows just how hard to push you so it is a real workout but not so hard as to discourage you and make you want to stop. Each session she knows how to gauge your progress and how to manage your workout so you get the most out of it. She is charming, caring, delightful and makes it a great work out with just enough fun. The proof, my girlfriend has to leave for 6 months and I always figured I would stop and then pick up again when she returns. But now I can't because I can't deliver the same results on my own and I want results! So I'm going to continue on my own. Colette is that good! |
